Williams Landing - Lincoln Apartments

Guardian Living has partnered with developer Cedar Woods to deliver brand-new SDA apartments within the Lincoln Apartment complex in Williams Landing.

ONCALL will be the Shared Onsite Support Provider, and can also deliver individualised supports in tenants’ apartments as needed.

Within the Lincoln Apartment complex there are 8 spacious 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom SDA HPS apartments for both Fully Accessible and High Physical Support NDIA participants.

Situated directly next to the stunning Williams Landing Shopping Centre, the apartments are also a short walk to Williams Landing train station, medical centre and public parks. The apartment complex has a rooftop garden with BBQ facilities, a gym, car parking and maximises natural light.
