THE HOME

The upstairs part of the house has 4 bedrooms, one shared bathroom and a large living and kitchen area. There's also a huge veranda to socialise with your housemates or visiting friends or families, and a large backyard to mingle with the downstairs resident if you wish. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, side tables and a large wardrobe. Netflix and Foxtel is also accessible to all in the living room.

You will only share this spacious home with one other participant, a young lady in her early 20s with a small moodle dog.

It's located less than 5 minutes walking distance Cannon Hill train station, and is also conveniently close to Morningside Central Shopping centre with two major supermarkets and plenty other shops to choose from. Parks surround the home so there's plenty of places to visit when you want to take a quiet walk.
