Our Jacaranda home is suitable for a male or female aged over 45 years. You will need SIL and SDA funding in your NDIS plan.

This home is staffed with motivated and enthusiastic Active Support Workers who will support your goals, whether it be attending local events or a picnic in the park! Our dedicated bus is available to transport you to and from work, day program or regular outings.
