Our Oak home is suitable for someone 18 to 35 years old with an active lifestyle and enjoys interacting with their house mates. You will need SIL funding in your NDIS plan.

This home is staffed with young, enthusiastic Active Support Workers who will support your goals, whether it be attending concerts or running at the beach. Our dedicated bus is available to transport you to and from work or day program.
