Looking for a home, not just a house? That’s what you get at HEDSS Black Hill. We help residents with essential tasks and enable them to live as independently as possible while sharing smiles, laughs and life every day.

Our classic brick home is set on five well-maintained acres. We’re lucky enough to be close to all local amenities but nestled away from noise.

Inside, you’ll find a welcoming neutral colour scheme, large kitchen and living areas, five spacious bedrooms – one its own flat – and two accessible bathrooms.

Outside, there’s a shaded seating area where you can enjoy activities and afternoon tea. There’s also a veggie patch where we grow organic produce.

Our current supported independent living residents are all over the age of 55 and relishing a slower-paced retirement.
