SDA FUNDING

In order to be eligible for this home, you must have SDA funding as part of your NDIS plan. You will also be required to pay a Reasonable Rent Contribution, which is 25% of your Disability Support Pension plus 100% of your Commonwealth Rent Assistance (or equivalent).
