NDIS Supported Accommodation for Women with Psychosocial Disability

Goaldis Community Services are a specialist Mental Health NDIS Provider based in Western Sydney.

We offer Supported Accommodation for young women between 25 to 45 have a Psychosocial Disability or Mental Health condition. Our home is in the quiet side of North Parramatta, NSW and is in close proximity to Parramatta Lake, Shops and Services.

We accept women who may have:

• Mental Health Conditions that affect their daily living skills, and are challenged in accessing the community.

• Challenging behaviours and require support in emotional regulation, implementing behaviour supports, and developing frameworks to engage in with others.

• Forensic History and are limited in their housing options.

Our home provides a safe place for young women to build independence, find friendships and connect with their community.

We are partnered with local recreational centres, community services and educational institutes to help with building skills, literacy, physical health, and pursue vocational goals.

Our Team:

• Consist of an all-female staff that are passionate about supporting those with mental health.

• Trained on medications, managing challenging behaviours and detailed case noting.

• Build rapport and develop deep relationships with our participants.

We source our staff through local TAFE’s, Community and Government Initiatives.

Our Process

Referral -> Assessment -> Triage -> Offer -> Transition Plan -> Set Transition Date
