The available room is spacious, fully carpeted, and includes double built-in wardrobes. The home features an open plan living, dining, and kitchen area, along with two large living areas and a covered outdoor space with a BBQ. Conveniently located, the house is a short walk from the bakery, restaurants, tennis courts, and the golf club.
