With a vacancy opening from September 29, 2023, due to a client’s departure, this is your chance to become part of a wonderful community. Our house boasts accessible features, including wheelchair access, and is suitable for individuals with limited mobility. You’ll enjoy a single-story layout, avoiding stairs and facilitating easy movement.

Inside, our house is designed for your comfort and convenience. You’ll have your own generous bedroom space, and there are communal areas for socialising and relaxation. We encourage independent living skills development, and our supportive environment helps you thrive.

Outside, our property features a lovely outdoor area with secure fencing, ideal for some fresh air and outdoor activities. While we’re located on a main road, we have good communication with our neighbours and ensure a peaceful living environment.

We’re looking for a female housemate who shares similar interests with our current tenants including reading magazines and mystery books, listening to music and the radio, pop and classical music and boardgames. Some independence in personal care is preferred. Your compatibility with the existing clients is important to us, and we aim to create a harmonious and supportive living situation for all.
