**SUCCESSFUL SDA APPLICANTS WILL EACH RECEIVE A $1000 VOUCHER TO A RETAILER OF THEIR CHOICE. EACH HOUSE WILL ALSO BE PARTIALLY FURNISHED WITH A HOME STARTER PACK WHICH INCLUDES A TV, SOFA, FRIDGE, WASHING MACHINE/DRYER, DISHWASHER, KETTLE, TOASTER, POTS, PANS, UTENSIL SET, CROCKERY AND CUTLERY SET**

The house will include 2 SDA Bedrooms, 2 SDA Bathrooms, OOA, OOA/visitor Bathroom, Laundry, Kitchen/Living/Dining, Garage and a Rear Terrace.

The house will be suitable for 2 SDA/MTA qualifying residents (subject to SDA/MTA funding). However, we can assist you with the process of attaining SDA if you feel you may be eligible.

The house is built to a High Physical Support design and will be suitable for two SDA participants with ‘High Physical Support’ or ‘Fully Accessible’ SDA funding.

The house is located in a fantastic central location that is close to shopping, medical services and public transport, including:

The house is built automation ready should this be required for the resident.

The house is also built with ceiling hoist provisions already in place should this be a required for the participant.
