To be eligible for ICLA’s Pathways housing program, participants must be in receipt of a Disability Support Pension.
Open to people of all genders aged 18 - 64
No serious substance use within past 12 months
Must be eligible for social housing
At risk of homelessness
Experiencing mental health issues
Willing to participate in monthly recovery focused activities.
Voluntary engagement in program
Under the care of health professional (GP, Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Community Mental Health or other)
Mental Health acuity not above service capacity
Physical Health acuity not above service capacity
Pathways participants do not have to be in receipt of NDIS funding to be eligible. For those who do have an NDIS plan ICLA is also a provider of NDIS funded support services and can be engaged to provide these services.
Exclusion criteria:
Current risk of suicide
No treating health professional
Nil support networks
Current serious drug or alcohol abuse (ICE)
Aggressive, violent, or sexual offending behaviour
