The house is not suitable for wheelchairs however stairs are fitted with handrails. The home is suitable for a female aged 40+ years, who is patient with an understanding of other tenants’ support needs.

The current residents are females aged 55–65 years who enjoy being involved in activities both in the home and out in the community with supports. Both residents are mobile, relying on their walkers for home and community access

Current staff ratio is 1:3 with sleepover support overnight. Additional supports available as required and funded. Staff have a variety of skills and experience, including working with complex disabilities and health needs, along with mental health.
