The current residents are a mix of males and females aged from their 30s to 50s. They enjoy video games, music, movies, socialising, eating out, spending time outdoors and attending concerts.
Support in the home is based on a 3 person arrangement and includes active overnight support. Staff have a wide range of skills and experience, including positive behaviour support, high physical support, manual handling training, personal care, person centred active support, mental health, intellectual and neurological disabilities, following allied health professionals plans, mealtime and medication management, nutrition and swallowing, advanced first aid, specialised customer training where required, epilepsy, dysphagia support, autism and incontinence. Staff have been supporting the home long term and additional support is available as needed, depending on your NDIS funding.
