Sunnyfield, in collaboration with Edenbridge Living, is developing a new innovative Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) home in Pendle Hill. This brand-new purpose-built home is specially designed to suit the needs of people with disabilities who meet SDA eligibility criteria. The entire house is architecturally designed and custom-built with the benefits of privacy, social inclusion, and on-site support. As with all our houses, residents are encouraged to provide input into the personal design elements of their new homes.

The Penguin House in Pendle Hill welcomes you with five one-bedroom self-sufficient villas offering a private and accessible retreat. Each villa is self-contained, providing complete independence and privacy. Each has a spacious bedroom offering a peaceful sanctuary featuring a built-in wardrobe and a luxurious ensuite bathroom for your convenience. Outside, you’ll be welcomed by your own private courtyard for a spot of relaxation or gadening.
