BlueCHP are pleased to introduce this development of three self-contained Robust architect designed units. These units each include bedrooms for Overnight Onsite Assistance (OOA) so you have full control over your SIL provider with no requirement to share supports.

These units are located on a quiet street near the heart of Dandenong, with convenient access to local amenities. Each unit has been designed with BlueCHPs key design principles in mind, including: sustainability, individual bathrooms, and inclusion of storage. They have also been set out with privacy and safety as a priority. All units have private front and back courtyards, individual staffrooms with external access, and multiple exit points from each unit and backyard.

This development is due to be completed in 2024. Unit 1 and 3 are currently tenanted and we are currently welcoming applicants for unit 2.
