Northern Beaches - Brand New 3 bedroom SDA Home in Beacon Hill - Female housemate wanted!

Hi, we are two young women who have moved out of our family homes and are looking for a third female house mate to share our new beautiful home!

Details are as follows:

- SDA Funding required at High Physical Support level.

- Three-person Supported Independent Living (SIL) share house (in a SDA property)

- Located in Beacon Hill in a brand new purpose built SDA property in Beacon Hill

We would like our housemate to be:

- Female

-25-40 years old

- No behaviours of concern

- Social

- Must be able to share 1:3 support with us

About Us

Housemate 1

I am a 32 year old female with an extremely rare genetic condition. I am permanently in a wheelchair and have low vision. I very sensitive to sunlight so I prefer indoor activities but short walks by the beach are enjoyable.

I enjoy going to concerts, musicals, movies and cafes, and of course shopping! I am quite feminine and like having my nails done and wearing the latest fashion.

I like watching television in the evenings, especially rom coms, talent shows like The Voice, and cooking shows, and also enjoy just sitting around and chatting.

I enjoy helping with meal prep. My favourite meals are spaghetti bolognaise, butter chicken, pizza, and fish with chips.

I can be a bit shy until you get to know me, but I have a great sense of humour and enjoy a good belly laugh.

Housemate 2

I am also a 32 year old female with a rare condition that keeps me mostly in my wheelchair.

I love to be social, have a chat and a good laugh.

I want to live with other girls. I like all things girly, having my nails done, fashion and good food; Olives, cheese and avocados are my favourites. I love pizza on a Friday night.

and watching rom com movies while eating popcorn.

I like going to parks and taking walks along the beach on weekends but during the week mostly do art and work on my website where I sell my art.

I love spending time with my family, brother and cousins who all live in Sydney, but sadly my sister and my 3 nephews and my niece live interstate. I am well-travelled and have lived in Europe when I was younger.
