• Main House: Best suited to a male only environment. Residents will be considered within the age range of 25 – 65 years old with low – medium support needs the most suitable.

• Granny Flat: Suitable for Male or Female resiteds within the age range of 20 – 65 years (Female residents must be suitable to live in close proximity to male residents).
