THE HOME

This brand new townhome is part of Endeavour Foundation’s My Home, My Life initiative and has been designed to the Platinum level of the Liveable Housing Australia Design Guidelines. It has been built above and beyond what is required by legislation for Fully Accessible, Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA).

The home is fitted with modern safety features, including Tunstall Assistive Technology. It has wide doorways and hallways and automatic height adjustable benchtop, making it accessible for wheelchair users.

All bedrooms are spacious and include:

- A built-in wardrobe

- A fan

- Air-conditioning unit

- Private patio off each bedroom
