Under 'Robust' design requirements this unit would suit one tenant, or one to two tenants under the 'Improved Livability' SDA design category.

All units have only just been completed. CHL is responsible for the on-going property management.

All buildings have been designed by CHL’s in-house architects and comply with current disability design requirements under Australian Standards (AS) and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

The following are the minimum eligibility criteria for occupation of the property:

• Participation in the NDIS

• Eligibility for SDA at a ‘Robust’ or 'Improved Livability' level.

Where no future tenant can be identified that is already eligible for SDA at a ‘Robust’ or 'Improved Livability' level, the future tenant could also be selected on the basis that he/she requires the building design features recommended for ‘Robust’ or 'Improved Livability'. An application for SDA eligibility would be submitted when moving in.
