We’re seeking a quiet but sociable individual aged 35–60+ who enjoys:
🔹Friendly chats and a relaxed environment
🔹Painting or other arts and crafts
🔹Baking & cooking
🔹Watching TV & Music (all genres)
🔹Sharing meals in a communal setting
This is a calm and welcoming home, ideal for someone who values both quiet personal time and the occasional shared activity or conversation.
🛠️ Support & Funding Requirements:
To be eligible, participants must have:
🔹SDA Funding in one of the following NDIS categories:
High Physical Support or Fully Accessible
🔹 SIL Funding with one of the following support ratios:
1:3 or 2:3 or 1:1 also considered
🔹Board & Lodgings
💲70% of the DSP & 100% of RA, which covers ALL living
expenses - No other out-of-pocket costs
