Throughout the design process individual support requirements will be considered and as such aspects of the homes will be tailored to the residents including customising the height of fixtures for easy access, adjustable benchtops and movable cabinets as required.

These homes will provide generous living spaces and an outdoor area, which will feature beautiful gardens - creating the perfect space to relax or entertain.

All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, designed specifically to the support needs of the individual. These homes include a bedroom / office space for overnight support care, and there is a separate bathroom for OOA and guests, ensuring complete privacy in all personal living spaces.

There is ample parking available with each home having an undercover parking garage, driveway parking as well as a parking bay to the side of the home.
