Application Criteria

We are seeking a third housemate to join our friendly shared SIL house. The current participants are a 51-year-old male and a 52-year-old female who each bring their own unique interests and personalities to the household.

Male Participant: Enjoys playing and listening to music and loves a good chat with whoever is around.

Female Participant: Loves catching up on her favourite TV shows and spending time with her family during visits.

Household Environment:

Both participants are smokers and use an outdoor space for smoking (strictly no smoking indoors).

The housemates appreciate spending time together but also value personal space when needed.

The environment is supportive, with an understanding of personal preferences and quiet time.

What We're Looking For:

We would love to find a housemate who enjoys socializing but also values their own personal space. A good balance between companionship and independence is key. Ideal candidates should be open to respecting each other's lifestyle and have a calm, friendly demeanor.

The ALC will assist with client matching before any inspections to ensure compatibility for all participants.
