Housing Choices South Australia is thrilled to be able to offer apartments within our Spence on Light development that meet compliance for individuals who need high physical support compliant homes and want to live independently with onsite support.

Set in the heart of city with easy access to the public transport, educational institutions, recreational activities and Central Market these apartments are ideal for individuals who want to maintain a high level of independence. Spence on Light has maintained the historic City Mission façade and with the apartments located on the 9th floor the views from the bedroom and private balcony seem endless.

The model of support provided by the Supported Independent Living provider, United Disability Care, will be a concierge model with supports that are also individualised.
