Goaldis Community Services are a specialist Mental Health NDIS Provider based in Western Sydney.
We offer Supported Accommodation for Men between 25 to 45 living with Psychosocial Disability.
Our home located in Penrith, NSW and is in close proximity to Nepean River, Penrith Panthers, Westfield, local wetlands and parks.
We accept those who have:
• Mental Health Conditions that affect their daily living skills, and are challenged in accessing the community.
• Challenging Behaviours and require support in emotional regulation, implementing behaviour supports, and developing frameworks to engage in with others.
• Restrictive Practice and Overnight Support
Our Supported Accommodation offers participants a stable home staffed by specially trained team who are comfortable with challenging behaviours, de-escalation, restrictive practice and medication management.
