Through the discussions if it is identified that each person may be interested in meeting a time is arranged to meet with the current tenants. The next steps will be based upon discussions with each person and how they would like move forwards. One important component is a four-week trial period to further ensure a good fit before finalising the tenancy. The suitable person will need to be able and interested in registering to become a Department of Housing Tenant. This is something that can be supported.
