Platinum Level SDA House Elizabeth East

Located close to the Elizabeth City Centre this house provides easy access to the public transports, medical facilities and shopping. The nearest public transport is located less than 3 minutes away. The Elizabeth East house is intelligently designed to make the living experience of people with disabilities better and easier. The house allows easy access to assistive technologies that increase liveability. The beautifully presented 4 bedrooms with the en-suites house have been designed to achieve Platinum level certification under Liveable Housing Design Guidelines and meet the High Physical Support and Fully Accessible design requirements under the NDIS.

Our Platinum level SDA houses feature automated doors to bathrooms, en-suite rooms offering full privacy, automated blinds, sensor lights, intercom system in each room, anti-slip flooring throughout the house and wheelchair access to both the indoor and outdoor (wheelchair accessible private outdoor areas). There is a room with en-suite allocated for the support worker to provide 24/7 support to the participants. The High Physical Support houses have assistive technologies ready and there is hoist provision as well.
