This One-Bedroom Apartment, situated on the first floor, is One of Four High Physical Support Apartments on a residential block. All built to High Physical Support Category and Platinum Building standards, a physical OOA (onsite overnight assistance) space is also provided.

There is a lift as well as stairs to the first (top) floor and the building has back-up emergency power, should the power go out.
