* The applicant will need to be able to pay rent and utilities.

* The SDA cost is $5,078.90

* The house is staffed seven days a week with an Inactive (sleepover) overnight model of care.

Supported Independent Living (SIL) Support in the home is provided by St John of God Accord. They are a not-for-profit, mission and values drives organisation and part of St John of God Health Care:

In addition to a range of training, our model of support focuses on person centred active support, and positive behaviour support frameworks, in order to meet residents’ desired goals. We also offer complex supports to individuals who have higher needs and require specialist teams."
