Supported Independent Living (SIL)
If you have NDIS Supported Independent Living in your plan, you will require funding for a 1:2 or 1:3 SIL support ratio and either passive or overnight shared support. Other appropriate funding including Lifetime Support Authority, Return to Work SA, Disability Support for Older Australians or Self-Funded may be considered
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)
You do not require SDA funding, however basic funding would be preferred. We will also ask that you or your support person to sign a tenancy agreement with Cornerstone Housing and a SIL service agreement with Lighthouse Disability.
