The main area in the unit is a welcoming, open plan design that contains a self-contained kitchen, living area and lounge room. The dining area looks out to the private backyard.

Each unit has its own backyard, as well as a communal backyard with an entertainment area. There is also a joint common room for all the residents to spend time together, if they wish. The communal backyard has a vegetable garden and fruit trees.
