The homes have been purpose-built to meet the High Physical Support SDA design category, with accessibility incorporated throughout the layout and shared spaces. Assistive and smart home technology can also support greater independence in everyday life.
Achieve Australia’s support model brings together disability support workers, clinical professionals and registered nurses where required. Experienced teams are trained to provide high physical and complex support, with clinical experts available to guide and train the people delivering day-to-day support.
Support is tailored to each person, developed in partnership with their family, health professionals and wider support network, and adapted as their needs change.
Living arrangement
This expansive property features two new two-bedroom homes and a one-bedroom villa. Each person has their own bedroom and bathroom, providing privacy and space to make their room their own.
Separate living areas mean housemates can spend time together or on their own, without everyone having to follow the same routine.
A private backyard and outdoor entertaining areas provide places to relax, catch up with housemates or welcome family and friends. Air conditioning and heating help keep the homes comfortable throughout the year.
Two of the homes include accommodation for Onsite Overnight Assistance, allowing overnight support to be provided across the property.
