This is a mixed-gender household and would suit someone who gets along with everyone. The house comes fully furnished, including your bedroom, so you don't need to worry about bringing large pieces of furniture.

THE HOME

This house has been made accessible for one of the other resident's who call this place home. The house features large doorways, ramps and an accessible bathroom. With an open plan kitchen, dining and living area, it's hard to feel cramped when relaxing around the house. There is also one and a half bathrooms, ceiling fans and aircon installed throughout the home which ensure a nice airflow. The back yard is shared with the SIL houses next door so there's always someone to socialise with.

LOCATION

This home is in a prime location. A 15-minute walk or quick bus ride will take you directly to the Cannon Hill Shopping Centre and surrounding shops. There’s a bus stop out the front of the house and Cannon Hill Railway Station is also a 15-minute walk from the house which can take you straight into the city or all the way out to Cleveland.

The house itself is situated on a quiet street with surrounding parks and reserves.
