THE APARTMENTS

Each apartment is provisioned to accommodate automatic floor to ceiling sliding doors, which flow on to a large, private and light filled balcony. The apartments boast elegant flooring and a range of sophisticated features and finishes. With extensive windows, your home will be filled with an abundance of natural light all year round. The kitchen, laundry and bathroom features are all customisable and all areas of the building are wheelchair accessible. The apartments also have structural provision for ceiling hoists and are assistive technology ready.
All of the apartments consist of 2 bedrooms (both SDA compliant), 2 bathrooms and large open living areas. The apartments have been designed to either be shared between 2 people, or for 1 individual to occupy the entire apartment. Eligibility for the apartments is based on NDIS funding for both SDA and the shared support model implemented within the apartments.
THE SUPPORT MODEL:
Along with the beautiful and functional features that are presented within our SDA apartments, we have incorporated the onsite shared support model to better service our residents.
The shared support provider is an on-call support worker that will be present on site and available for anything you may need.
The on-site shared support model of living allows you more choice and control over who provides your day-to-day personal support, while knowing that there is someone around at all times to assist you when you need it. Ultimately, we are here to provide you with more freedom to live how you like.
SDA/RENT PAYMENT
The SDA funding in your NDIS plan will be paid to InSitu Housing. In addition, you must pay a reasonable rent contribution, which is 25% of your Disability Support Pension, plus any Commonwealth Rent Assistance you receive.
