Group Homes Australia is an innovativemodel offering dementia care, high care, respite and palliative care in an approach that values independence and resident involvement in the daily activities of the home. We deliver personalised care in a family style home, with a small group of 6-10 residents and a high carer-to-community resident ratio.
Our residents live with dignity and sense of purpose in small-scale surroundings. We support residents to wake up in their own time, make individual food choices, form meaningful relationships and contribute to the running of the home.
We pride ourselves on the care that we deliver and make an effort to cherish everyone’s story. We do this through deeply exploring, connecting and sharing. Although we specialize in dementia care, we do not only support those living with dementia.
