Mountolive Studio is a self-contained luxurious 2 story cottage nestled on 20 acres of Australian bush and gardens surrounded by Perth Hills winter creeks. Take a break and come and relax while enjoying the stunning tranquil bush views from the ceiling to floor windows in the studio.

Upstairs is the bedroom, one King Size bed, and downstairs is the living area, a sunroom with palm trees, a kitchen, laundry with a washing machine, and bathroom.

Our guests can enjoy a cool summer escape from the city heat by swimming in our swimming pool in the bush settings as well as playing tennis on our tennis court in the evening. The rammed earth building with a log fire makes a perfect romantic getaway in winter. Walking in the gardens and being in nature with native birds and animals on our property awaits you on your next tranquil break.

The open plan includes a dining and kitchen, a lounge with a TV as well as a study desk. Linens and towels are Sheridan. Free WiFi is provided. A separate bathroom and shower conveniently lead off the main living area with a separate entrance.

Outside is a gorgeous koi pond as well as an outdoor seating area, a perfect place to watch the kangaroos at sunrise and sunset.

The swimming pool is located a short walk away located at the top of the hill nestled in between the trees.

Friendly dogs are welcome.

==== For Dog Lovers ====

Our studio is dog-friendly. There is a large enclosed dog pen on the northern part of the studio and another dog pen next to a carport and dogs are welcome inside and out. The palm courtyard inside the studio is fully enclosed as well.

We can even make arrangements to care for your dog with small fees while you are absent visiting nearby national parks, cruising on the swan river, etc.

We have spoilt fur babies and understand the dilemma many face at the prospect of leaving their precious fur baby. We have set up the studio with this in mind and will do everything we can to make sure that you and your pets have a great stay.
