Support arrangements are developed through a person-centred assessment process that considers each participant's NDIS goals, assessed support needs, risks, preferences, compatibility with other residents, and available funding. Shared support ratios and staffing levels are determined based on the collective needs of all residents to ensure safe, high-quality, and effective support delivery. We work collaboratively with participants, families, Support Coordinators, allied health professionals, and other key stakeholders to ensure support arrangements remain appropriate and responsive. Shared supports are regularly reviewed through participant feedback, house meetings, support plan reviews, goal progress, incident and risk management processes, and consultation with relevant stakeholders. Where changes in a participant's needs, health, behaviours, goals, or living arrangements are identified, support arrangements are reviewed and adjusted accordingly. Our person-centred approach ensures shared supports remain flexible, effective, and aligned with each participant's individual needs while promoting independence, choice, dignity, safety, and meaningful community inclusion.
