Strive Community Services is now taking referrals for our unique respite option at the iconic Landsdale Farm. Fully staffed and equipped, our three quaint cabins are being refurbished and is now available for respite.
Strive Community Services’ experienced disability support workers will provide 1:1 support for all personal care and daily living, as well as any community access during your stay. Landsdale Farm will be fully accessible (during normal hours of operation) to our guests.
Located in suburban Darch, Landsdale Farm is a working farm providing experiential education and recreation opportunities for children and adults, with a special focus on people with disabilities.
