Each apartment has a very large master bedroom and a spare smaller bedroom, great if you want to study or work from home, or family occasionally stays over. There is 24/7 carer support available from a SIL provider of your choice if required and shops and support services are close by. It also includes reverse cycle air conditioning and under floor hydronic heating, so you set your own preferred temperature. All these great features are supported by a commercial grade solar system with battery storage. All utilities and unlimited interne are included free of charge. This architecturally designed apartment complex is already complex and this property does come fully furnished if that is your preference.
