Application Criteria
Applicants must be male NDIS participants aged 18–50 years who are seeking a safe, supportive and family-style living environment. The home is particularly suitable for individuals transitioning from the family home, developing independent living skills, or seeking a quieter alternative to larger group accommodation.
No SDA funding is required. Applicants with or without SIL funding may be considered, subject to suitability, support needs, funding arrangements and compatibility with other residents. My Centred Care welcomes participants from diverse cultural backgrounds and works closely with participants, families, Support Coordinators and allied health professionals to ensure a positive and compatible living environment.
All applications are assessed individually, with consideration given to support needs, lifestyle preferences, goals, housemate compatibility and the ability to participate safely in a shared living arrangement.
