Brittany Group Home is a single storey home on a quiet residential street in Kariong, on the Central Coast. Prosperity Health, a registered NDIS provider directed by a Registered Nurse, offers Supported Independent Living (SIL), Short Term Accommodation (STA) and Medium Term Accommodation (MTA).
Prosperity Health owns the home outright, so tenure is secure and modifications can be made without waiting on a landlord. The home is set up for a maximum of three participants, each with their own bedroom. The master bedroom is kept as the staff office and overnight sleepover room.

Support
Support staff are in the home 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and management is on call around the clock. Staffing is set to each participant's assessed need and to what their plan funds, including community access, appointments and a settling in period after a move. We support people with high support needs, psychosocial disability and dementia.
Location
Local shops are close by, Gosford and Erina are a short drive for appointments and community activities, and Gosford Hospital is the nearest hospital.
Moving in
Co-residents are matched carefully, and we will not place someone where the fit is wrong for either person.
