Ammenities: The retreat includes a spacious four-bedroom main house with tranquil lake views and a two-bedroom cottage for carers or parents, offering comfort and serenity for all.

Mobility: We offer beginner-friendly strength training with light weights, resistance bands, and floor exercises, along with guided walking tours to explore the retreat’s serene surroundings.

Wellbeing: Our programs are carefully tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering greater self-awareness, emotional balance, capacity building and overall wellbeing.

Reporting: Our comprehensive post-stay reports provide detailed insights into each participant’s progress, with custom options available to meet the specific needs of the care team for continued support.
