All three participant bedrooms come with their own private accessible ensuite, generous step-free circulation, built-in storage and individual climate control. The dedicated Onsite Overnight Assistance room is positioned centrally to allow efficient 24/7 support while still keeping participant privacy at the heart of the layout. A second living area creates a flexible space for quiet time, therapy, visitors or personal routines, giving residents more choice in how they live each day.

Wide doorways, slip-resistant flooring, reinforced walls and hoist-ready ceiling structure ensure the home is ready for current support needs as well as future changes. The kitchen is fully accessible with lowered workspaces, under-bench clearance and easy-reach appliances, flowing naturally into a light-filled open-plan dining and living area. Outside, a secure backyard and step-free alfresco provide smooth access to fresh air and outdoor routines.

Safe Haven is also offering thoughtful incentives designed to support a positive start for the right participant. Eligible residents may receive twelve months with zero RRC, along with personalisation options that allow parts of the home to be tailored to individual preferences.
