Developed with Safe Haven, the home includes enhanced finishes and optional customisation pathways beyond standard HPS builds, allowing the layout and features to better suit individual needs over time.

Eligible participants may receive a supported move-in, including zero RRC and CRA for the first 12 months, utilities covered for the first year, moving costs included, and a fully furnished, move-in-ready home. Conditions apply.

The home features open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas with wide circulation, durable flooring, climate control, and direct access to secure outdoor space. Two private participant bedrooms are positioned for privacy, each with individual climate control and a fully accessible High Physical Support ensuite.
