This property is available and prepared to adapt to your individual living needs. The site is a 3-bedroom, designed to suit a 1:2 Support model. We have a team of experienced Support Staff providing ongoing tailored supports to the site. Community Support will be available with Supported Care in collaboration with the individuals' network of support. Supported Care is able to provide Community Participation supports if preferred.
