Supported Independent Living - St Marys - Intellectual and Psychosocial Disability

Goaldis Community Services are a specialist Mental Health NDIS Provider based in Western Sydney.

We offer Supported Accommodation for Mature or Adult Participants between 26 to 65 with Psychosocial Disability, Challenging Behaviours and Intellectual Disability. Our home is based on a quiet street in St Marys, and is in close proximity to St Marys Shopping Centre, Local Parklands and the Rugby League Club.

This home is designed for those with:

• Mental Health challenges that affect their daily living skills, and are challenged in accessing the community.

• Challenging Behaviours and require support in emotional regulation, implementing behaviour supports, and developing frameworks to engage in with others.

• Intellectual Disability or Cognitive Impairment.

Our Team:

• Consist of a staff that are passionate about supporting those with mental health and intellectual disability.

• Trained on medications, managing challenging behaviours and de-escalation strategies.

• Build rapport and develop deep relationships with our participants.

Our home provides a safe place for participants to build independence, find friendships and connect with their community.

The home offers:

3 bedroom house at the front with open living areas and shared amenities and outdoor spaces.

2 bedroom granny flat at the rear with own living, dining and outdoor spaces.
