Sandpiper Apartments is a small, secure community of six 1-bedroom apartments, built to High Physical Support (HPS) standards.

These homes are designed for people who want independent living, with the confidence of accessible design, smart controls, and a safe, calm environment around them.

Positioned in one of the Gold Coast’s most established waterfront communities, Sandpiper is close to parks, foreshore walkways, and open green space, while still being well connected to major roads, retail, and essential services.

The Apartments

Sandpiper includes a mix of apartment layouts to suit different needs and preferences:

4 x Large 1-bedroom HPS apartments (119m²) with 2 bathrooms, a separate study, and a private terrace balcony (selected units)

1 x 1-bedroom HPS apartment (78m²) with a study nook

1 x 1-bedroom HPS apartment (74m²)

Support is delivered by a provider approved by the participants living in the property.

Internet and Connectivity (Canopy Standard)

All Canopy homes include high-speed, enterprise-grade NBN and Wi-Fi, with remote monitoring. Each apartment has its own separate wired and wireless network, supporting reliable connectivity for assistive technology and everyday life.

Support and Shared Supports

We encourage residents to bring and manage their own supports. A dedicated space is available to support an Onsite Shared Support (OSS) model if participants choose it. Any shared supports are participant-led, based on individual funding and what residents actually want.
