What every Care Alliance SIL home carries: clinical oversight from our psychologists and registered nurses; registration for high-intensity daily personal activities, with staff trained by our RNs; approval to implement restrictive practices; a 24/7 on-call team behind every shift; and a dedicated wheelchair-accessible van on site, plus access to our 13-van fleet. Support ratios of 1:1, 1:2 and 1:3. A small, consistent team is recruited and trained in consultation with each resident and their allied health team. Fully wheelchair-accessible throughout. Wall-mounted 65" TV in every bedroom with streaming and free-to-air.
