Application Criteria
This property is open to eligible NDIS participants who have Supported Independent Living (SIL) funding or are in the process of obtaining appropriate funding. Applications are welcomed from people of all cultural backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Preference may be given to applicants whose support needs, lifestyle preferences, and compatibility are suitable for the existing household environment. Applicants from Merrylands, Cumberland, Parramatta, Fairfield, Blacktown, and surrounding Local Government Areas are encouraged to apply. Income level is not a determining factor; however, applicants must be able to meet their agreed rent and household contribution arrangements.
