This three-bedroom brand new home is suited for people with SDA Improved Livability in their plan, and we can explore either a 1:3 or 1:2 support ratio. Clients will be fully supported with a 24/7 passive overnight support team. Bedrooms include ensuites, for convenience, comfort, and accessibility. There will be passive overnight support in the staff sleepover room, and the security of knowing that the two neighbouring properties being LDS homes with overnight staff as well. There will be a community of 6 clients neighbouring each other, with ample opportunities for socialisation, fun, and friendships.
With lots of natural light, this home is situated in a quiet suburban street with easy access to leafy reserves, local shops, parks, the local Lutheran church, medical centres, and public transport. In conjunction with St John Lutheran church, this SDA property is built brand new and will be SIL managed by Lutheran Disability Services.

Application Criteria
Lutheran Disability Services are the Supported Independent Living (SIL) Provider and is responsible for delivering day-to-day supports in the home, funded through your NDIS Plan.
The SIL is a ratio of 1:3, with passive overnight support. LDS also offers a Board only agreement to cover food and amenities. LDS charges a one-off contribution for set up of shared common areas furniture, and kitchen setup. This also covers maintenance and repair. The contribution is divided equally among all 3 housemates.
