This home is an SDA build, and the participant requires Improved Liveability SDA funding. The home includes 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite and a passive sleepover room for staff. The features also include 2 large separate living areas, a lovely outside patio area, and a large carport for easy access into the house.

Application Criteria
Access Alliance Homes is the Supported Disability Accommodation (SDA) provider. They are responsible for the Residential Tenancy Agreement, which is usually charged at 25% of your Disability Support Pension. They will also provide an SDA quote to submit to NDIA and claim the SDA funding.
Lutheran Disability Services is the Supported Independent Living (SIL) Provider and is responsible for delivering day-to-day supports in the home, funded through your NDIS Plan
The SIL is a ratio of 1:3, with passive overnight support
LDS also offers a Board only agreement to cover food and amenities
LDS charges a one-off contribution for the setup of shared common areas, furniture and kitchen set up. This also covers maintenance and repair. The contribution is divided equally among all 3 housemates.
